You’ve got questions… We’ve got answers!

1. What is the condition of your containers?

New Containers:  Also known as “one trip” units.  These containers are new, manufactured within the past 6-9 months.

Used Containers:  Our used units are in cargo worthy certified condition.  Criteria entails roof panels that have minimal repairs, minimal deflections on side panels, floors with no cracks or delaminations. Doors that open and close properly with good door seals and functioning ventilation system.  Even if your desired needs are for dry storage, a cargo worthy container is highly recommended for trouble free long life.

2. How do you deliver your containers?  Or what do you use to delivery your containers?

All of our transports are hydraulic tilt bed trailers with the capability of placing the unit on the ground without the need for any anchor points or assistance.  If your delivery has special or unique situation, please contact us as we can usually accommodate your unique circumstance.

3. How should I prepare the site for delivery?

Our expert delivery is second to none. We can deliver right to your location.Your final delivery site should be clear of debris, low hanging tree branches, and allow maneuverability room for the delivery transport.  Although containers can be placed directly on the ground, in most situations, it is recommended that pressure treated lumber is placed under each end of the container.  A pair of pressure treated 4”x4”x 8’ boards, work well, however larger diameter dunnage can also be used if desired.  Round poles, stacked blocks or lumber can create unloading difficulties.  Although not needed, some clients choose a crushed rock base or even a concrete slab.

4. Can we see or inspect the container prior to delivery?

The majority of our container depots are located within shipping ports where access is limited to port personnel and authorized contractors only, per CBP regulations.  We do stand behind what we sell, and we guarantee that your unit will be as described during the sales transaction.

5. What type of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, wire transfer, and ACH.  We do not accept personal checks on delivery.  COD delivery must be approved and arranged at the time of invoicing, and must be paid in the form of cash or certified funds.
